Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery for eligible products.
If the last day of the return period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline will be extended to the next business day.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your perfume must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition in which you received it. The original packaging and any factory seal or tamper-evident seal must remain intact. You must also provide proof of purchase.
Because perfume is a personal-use product, we do not accept change-of-mind returns for perfume that has been opened, sprayed, tested, or used.
This policy does not affect your rights regarding products that arrive damaged, defective, leaking, or different from what you ordered.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact us at kosymosy2025@outlook.com within 30 days after delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Do not send any product back before contacting us and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for their own return shipping label.
Because perfume may contain alcohol and may be classified as a flammable liquid, customers must use a carrier and shipping method that comply with applicable shipping requirements. Please contact us before sending a perfume return.
Damaged, Defective, Leaking, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at kosymosy2025@outlook.com.
Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping box. We will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect item, we will provide or cover the return shipping label.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for perfume that has been opened, sprayed, tested, or used.
Products specifically marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
Gift cards are not eligible for return.
These restrictions do not apply where a return, replacement, or refund is required by applicable law or where the product is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the eligible unopened product and place a separate order for the replacement product.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order within one hour after placing the order, provided that the order has not already been fulfilled or shipped.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may request a return in accordance with this policy after delivery.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
For approved change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For products that arrive damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or a full refund, including applicable original standard shipping charges.
