KOSY MOSY operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide customers with an online shopping experience. The website and store are powered by Shopify.

Fragrance characteristics may vary slightly due to individual perception, storage conditions, product batch, or other factors. Product descriptions, ingredients, usage instructions, warnings, pricing, and availability may be updated from time to time.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, discontinue products, limit quantities, or restrict sales to certain persons, geographic regions, or jurisdictions, subject to applicable law.

Perfume should be used only as directed. Review the product packaging and label before use. Keep perfume away from heat, sparks, open flames, and other sources of ignition. Do not ingest perfume. Discontinue use if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order through the Services, you are submitting an offer to purchase the products in your order.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and receive or authorize payment. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.

If we refuse, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided with the order.

You may request to cancel an order within one hour after placing it, provided that the order has not already been fulfilled or shipped. After an order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges. Taxes and shipping charges may be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently accept payments through Shopify-supported payment services, including PayPal and LianLian, as well as other payment processors that may be made available through the Services.

Payment information may be processed by Shopify, PayPal, LianLian, and other payment processors under their own terms and privacy policies.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and account information for all purchases.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase and agree to pay all charges shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are generally processed within the processing period stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping carriers and shipping methods may be selected by our warehouse, fulfillment provider, or order management system based on the destination, product characteristics, service availability, and applicable transportation requirements.

Because perfume may contain alcohol and may be classified as a flammable liquid, certain shipping methods or destinations may be restricted.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, address errors, customs or transportation restrictions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases, products, or transactions made through our store.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOSY MOSY, Hangzhou Xicong Trading Co., Ltd., their affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, Shopify, and Shopify’s affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs, arising from or related to the Services or products purchased through the Services.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or rights and remedies that are non-waivable under applicable law.
